Louis Giardino is a fourth-generation construction and real estate development professional with over 50 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. Mr. Giardino is known for being an innovator in construction technology and an expert in cost analysis. He has introduced AutoCAD to the field, prefabrication on multimillion dollar projects, Geothermal Heating & Cooling to multimillion dollar projects, and administrating Government Grants and Incentives totaling in the millions. He studied Civil Engineering at the University of Maine and then Economics at St. John Fisher University in Rochester, NY.
Carl Giardino is a fourth-generation construction and real estate development professional with over 50 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. Mr. Giardino is known for being a quality and safety expert. He has worked in every aspect of the construction, real estate, and manufacturing industries that relates to quality control and safety. Starting as a teenager he was a truck driver in the family business, He still holds a Commercial Class A CDL driver's license. He is also very involved in the recycling and sustainable practice aspects of the company. He studied Business Administration at St. John Fisher University in Rochester, NY.
Mary Jo Viavattene spent over 30 years as an Executive Level Solutions Consultant with Major Industrial giants Eastman Kodak and Intel traveling the USA and around the world cultivating significant relationships that secured high value contracts particularly in the technology areas. She went on to own and operate several food and beverage businesses and eventually teamed up with the Giardinos to work in the real estate development and senior living industries. She acted as the Executive Director of The Chateau at Heritage Square in Western New York, where residents referred to the community affectionately as "A Cruise Ship on Land.
Steve is not only the President, but the Co-Leader of Crescita's Integrated Technology Services Group. He is a results-driven Executive with broad-based experience in project management, including 40+ years of successfully starting up facilities, expanding and fixing legacy operations. He is a collaborative leader with the ability to motivate and mentor highly successful, cross-functional teams to outstanding performance levels. He understands the requirements for ISO and Zero-Defect cultures along with his working knowledge of TPM, 6s, Lean Manufacturing methods, SPC, Operational excellence and HOS/TOS.
After graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) with a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, he started his career at Texas Instruments that lasted 23 years in Manufacturing with increasing responsibility culminating with Manufacturing Manager of DMOS5 (200mm) and DMOS6 (300mm), two of TI's largest factories. He then moved on as the Director of Operations of Honeywell's Worldwide Sense Die Supply & Management, with 5 locations worldwide. Most recently, he has Worked with several companies in the (COO) service industry, (VP) Gas industry, and (Sr. Manager) IR Imaging production.
Steve lives with his wife of 40 years, Nina, in the Dallas, Texas area where they raised three children and currently have four grandchildren. He has experience on the Board of Advisors of The Dallas Regional Chamber, the Richardson Texas Chamber, the University of Texas at Dallas Masters-Supply Chain Management, Tarleton State University-School of Engineering Technology. He spent 4 years on the Board of Directors of The New Beginning Center in North Texas and managed a corporate sponsorship of East Texas Child Abuse Protection Services, in Henderson, Texas.
